Welcome to Agora Printing (“Agora Printing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Agora Production. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products and services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Agora Printing is the print-on-demand division of Agora Production, a Vancouver, BC-based marketing agency. We provide printed marketing materials — including but not limited to A-frame signs, posters, sandwich boards, coupons, and banners — to businesses. Orders may be fulfilled through our own in-house printing equipment or through trusted third-party printing partners.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment is processed securely through Square. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full order amount.
Prices listed on our website are in CAD and do not include applicable taxes (GST/PST) unless stated otherwise. Taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of materials.

If you upload your own design files for printing, you are solely responsible for ensuring the content does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property, trademark, or copyright.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your submitted files, including spelling, layout, color, and sizing. We recommend reviewing your proof carefully before confirming your order.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Minor color variation between your screen and the final printed product may occur due to differences in printing processes and materials.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided at checkout or upon order confirmation and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to order volume, third-party printing partner availability, or shipping carrier delays.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon pickup, as applicable.

Because our products are custom-printed to order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved design due to an error on our part, please contact us within [X] days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a reprint or refund.
We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files (e.g., typos, low-resolution images, incorrect dimensions) that were approved by the customer prior to printing.

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, and design templates provided by Agora Printing, is the property of Agora Production and may not be reproduced without permission.
Design assets or templates purchased or created as part of a paid design service become the property of the customer upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agora Printing and Agora Production shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
